How to Create a Blank Pictograph

A pictograph uses images or symbols to represent a set number of items on a graph. For instance, one pencil may represent five objects in a row. Pictographs are visual and often used to ease younger children into graphing. Creating a blank pictograph saves you from recreating it each time you need it. The pictograph is set up with two columns and a number of rows, allowing you to easily place similar objects within the same row.
