Can a judge still make you get GED at age 18?

It is possible for a judge to order someone under the age of 18 to obtain a General Education Development (GED) certificate as a condition of probation or other court-ordered supervision. However, in most jurisdictions, once an individual turns 18, they are considered an adult and the court's jurisdiction over their education typically ends.
