Allow each school to host a fundraiser to send the superintendent to the spa. A superintendent works long hours and balances a lot of parents, students and activities. Stress is part of the job. Show thanks appreciation for the hard work by presenting a spa gift card to the superintendent. Include a list of services and recommended spa treatments. If there are extra funds, include a dinner for two so the superintendent's spouse can be included.
