How Do I Renew My Minnesota Teaching License After it Has Expired?

In Minnesota, you must have a license in order to teach. Once you obtain your license, it's valid for five years. If your license expires, you need to renew it. To renew your license you must meet certain qualifications. The specific requirements are listed on your license, and may include coursework, tests or hours worked as a teacher. After you've gathered proof of your requirements, it's simply a matter of reapplying.
