The series premiered on September 12, 2008 on the television channel Nick Jr. in the United States, the same day as Go, Diego, Go!. It ended on September 24, 2014 after airing three seasons.
Main Characters:
- Billy is a young boy, in around his late 8s to early 9s, with a wide imagination. He carries his notebook with him to draw his creations.
- Scribble is Billy's first scribble he created by accident. He is Billy's loyal friend and is often helping Billy with his tasks throughout the series. He speaks in gibberish.
- Tina is Billy's best friend. She is a kind, caring, optimistic and responsible girl who supports Billy in his artistic adventures.
- Mr. Smith is Billy's teacher.
- Mrs. Jones is Billy's mother.
- Scribbles Family: Scribble's family appears when Billy takes Scribble home by accident. Scribble's grandfather, grandmother, father and mother are all scribbles like Scribble.
