What is a paragraph flow?

Paragraph flow describes how the sentences of a paragraph, or of a longer written section, logically connect with each other to produce a coherent and understandable passage of text. For good paragraph flow, each sentence within a paragraph should relate directly to the main topic of the paragraph, and should follow logically from the previous sentence. Good paragraph flow also facilitates clear transitions from one idea or topic of discussion to another.
