When creating documents using Word 2007, horizontal alignment is important. Horizontal alignment determines how text will appear on the page. Left, right, center and justified are examples of horizontal alignment. While the prior three examples are self-explanatory, justified text makes the text display evenly on both the left and right margins.

Select the text you want to justify.

Click on "Home" to reveal the menu.
