Xerox offers continual on and offline training and support to technicians working for Xerox partner organizations. As of January 2011, the annual program fee is $495 plus additional fees based on the number of technicians working for the company.
Technicians working for Xerox partners have access to extensive online training materials as well as an online testing center. Through the testing center, technicians can obtain certifications in new Xerox equipment on their own schedules.
Through the Xerox website, the company offers training, instruction and support to users of its machines and software. This includes workflow training, solution implementation and integration, color management, application development, system network and consulting and document imaging training for consultants, as well as customer training.
