How to Survive the GED Exam

Passing the General Educational Development Tests, or GED, is considered equivalent to earning a high school diploma. The GED has five sections, which test reading, writing, science, mathematics and social studies. Each section is scored from 200 to 800. You must earn a score of at least 410 in each section and an average score of 450 to pass the GED. Studying for the GED makes the test less stressful and increases your chances of passing with a high score.
