Embedded System Summer Training

An embedded system is a type of computer system that is dedicated to one or a few functions. There are a number of summer training courses available. However, they are typically restricted to India.
  1. Topics

    • Training topics include an introduction to embedded systems, working with digital inputs and outputs, working with analog outputs, interfacing motors, programming refreshers, understanding timers, interfacing with an LCD display and error-handling.

    Courses

    • Courses begin at different times during the summer and are typically between three and six weeks in length. Some courses result in certification upon completion, whereas others do not.

    Internships

    • Some of these courses are considered to be internships. Internships are educational opportunities that provide participants with real-world work experience. For someone looking to enter the workforce in the embedded system field, an internship may be preferable to a simple training program.
