Download the software from the Microsoft site. Double-click on the software to open it.
Click on the templates tab on the left side of the window. Select a template that best fits your lesson.
Fill out the pages of the template with information for your class. Save the lesson plan. Click on the file menu and scroll to "Create New." Create additional lessons using the software tools.
Create a glossary for your software. Click on the glossary tab on the left side of the program. Write words and their definitions in the glossary.
Save your project. Click on "File" and scroll to "Save As." Enter a name and press "OK." Upload your project to the Microsoft Learning website. Navigate to the website and register for an account. Click on the "Upload" button to upload the software.
Signup for an eLeaP account at the company's website (see Resources). Create an Administrator and Instructor accounts. Create accounts for all of your students. Accounts include names and passwords.
Create your course using the AJAX Course Content Creator. Open the content creator and enter the specified information. Create tests, quizzes, study guides and lessons using the content creator. Click on the "New" option and select the type of content from the drop-down menu. Enter information using the keyboard and save the project.
Upload files, such as tests, study guides and Power Point presentations. Click on the "Upload" button in the course creator and browse through your computer until you find the appropriate file. Click on the file then click "OK." Classify the item as a test, quiz, study guide or lesson using the drop-down menu.
Navigate to the MindFlash website and sign up for an account.
Click on the "Create a Course" button. Click on the menu buttons, such as "Course Settings" to change the course. Enter the relevant information and press "OK."
Add content. Click on the content creation tab and click on the button for the item you want to add, such as the "Quiz" button. Enter the appropriate questions and answers for the quiz and save the content. Create additional content as desired.
Upload content. Click on the "Upload" button and upload a file from your computer.
Add student accounts. Click on the "Account" tools and select "Add Trainees." Create new trainee accounts by inputing name, password and email address.
