How to Get a MS Certification for a Nurse Aide

Multiple Sclerosis is a chronic, capricious and invasive malady that has traumatic consequences for afflicted individuals. For nurses and other members of the health care team, such as social workers, physical therapists and nurse aides, an MS certification measures and verifies their competency and ensures that they can provide specialized treatment, which helps the patient, and their caregivers cope with the ravages of MS. There are two types of certifications: one for registered nurses, who become MS Certified Nurses (MSCN), and another for other licensed health professionals, including state-licensed nurse aides, who become MS Certified Specialists (MSCS).
