Download the "ADL Self-Test Suite" from the SCORM LMS Certification website. Follow the questions and complete the test. The multiple-choice questions refer to the SCORM software and courses. Take note of how long it took you to take the test.
Fill out forms "001" and "002a." Fill out both forms with your personal information. Verify that you sign and date them. Submit the forms (with your self-test) by email, fax or postal mail.
Create a manual which you will include with the forms and self-test. This manual should have information on launching courses, adding users and importing SCORM packages. Include all of this material in a large 8-inch by 11½-inch manila envelope. Include a $500 fee (per January 2011 guidelines), which is non-refundable.
Scan the forms and email them to the SCORM Certification Program. You can also send the forms by postal mail or by fax. See contact information in the Resources section.
Wait for the certification process to complete. It could a week or longer, depending on factors like shipping and payment delays, number of products and certification issues.
