Download Enhance Movie and install it in your computer (see Resources). Ensure your machine's RAM exceeds 128MB to accommodate the program. Go to "Start," "Programs" and "Open Enhance Movie."
Import the video by selecting "Import" and "Open Media File," then choosing the video you want to correct.
Move the video to the timeline panel. Right-click the sharpening icon. Select "add and customize" from the drop-down menu. This adds the filter to the list of applied filters and opens the filters settings dialog box.
Drag the slider to maximum, 100 percent to apply the effect to the blurry video. The split screen on Enhance Movie lets you view the blurred and refined image. Save the new image.
Download AVS Movie Editor and install it in your computer. Click "Start" and "Programs," then open the AVS program.
Open the video. Select the video effects pane. Select "Sharpen effect." Choose the "Add or Replace Video" effect. This displays the effect on the timeline.
Highlight the sharpening effect by clicking on the timeline. Press the duration button above the timeline and enter the duration of the video you want to edit. Select the preview area to find the exact part of the video you want to sharpen, then fill in the duration of that blurred part.
Play back the video to see the correction.
