Find the right glue to use, some glue can be harmful to your skin and hair. Decide on the hair style that you want and where you want your extensions.
Make sure hair is clean and dry. Do not apply conditioner, because that will effect the bonding.
Start at the crown of your head and lift your hair showing your part in the back. Section off your hair out of the way. Measure the weft from ear to ear and cut it if needed, leave a few pieces of your natural hair along your face.
Put a small bead of glue on the weft or extension and wait for the glue to become tacky. Allowing the glue to become tacky is important for the bonding. It prevents the glue from becoming too stringy.
Press the extension firmly on to your roots. Do not place directly on your scalp, but close to it. Wait a few seconds for the weft to dry.
Use a blow dryer to speed up the drying process. If you desire a longer and stronger bond, a blow dryer will help.
Lift up another section and apply the extension. Work your way down your hair to the nape of your neck. Use smaller and smaller extensions as you work your way down, until you reach the desired amount of hair that you want.
Use a special glue dissolver to safely remove the wefts from your hair.
