You can learn the alphabet and many vocabulary words, as well as learn grammatical structure and begin putting together sentences. As always, the best way to learn a language is to immerse yourself in it, so if you can find someone who speaks it who is willing to meet with you once a week to go over your progress, you'll be able to have full conversations in Macedonian.
