Obtain Hungarian language instruction CDs, and import them using a computer's CD/DVD drive. Use a program such as Windows Media Player or iTunes to convert the CDs to MP3 files. Alternately, you can download MP3s from the Internet to your computer.
If you want to play the MP3s on a portable device, copy the files to an audio player, such as an iPod. You can wear headphones and listen to your Hungarian lessons while you move around.
Set up a schedule to listen to your Hungarian MP3s on a regular basis. To save time, you might play your lessons while commuting to work, walking or exercising, or even while doing chores such as cleaning the house.
Listen to each Hungarian lesson, and repeat the words and phrases as instructed. Be sure you understand one lesson before moving on to the next.
Start with basic Hungarian lessons, gradually learning the alphabet, numbers, common phrases and initial grammar. Continue by practicing conversational patterns and learning contextual information to gain a richer appreciation for Hungarian.
