Activate Adobe Acrobat Pro 9. Select "Create PDF" from the "File" menu. Select "From File."

Select "Tools>Multimedia>Video Tools." Position the cursor in the main body of the document and double-click the mouse button. Select "Browse" from the "Insert Video" dialog box. Locate the video file you want to import. Select and press "OK."
