How to Make a Hotspot in Dreamweaver CS4

Hotspots, areas within an image on a Dreamweaver CS4 webpage that open a new webpage when clicked, are useful for a variety of applications. One application is zoom-in and zoom-out maps. When a specific region of the map image (the hotspot) is selected, an expanded view of that region appears where the original image was. Hotspots constructed with Dreamweaver CS4 can also be nested, which means you can design a web map that lets you explore countries by state, by county, by city, by neighborhood and even by street.
