A CNA's duties include clerical tasks, such as answering phones, delivering messages and charting vitals, as well as patient care, such as assistance with bathing, dressing and eating, and taking blood pressure, pulse and temperature. To gain employment as a CNA in Kentucky, a 75-hour training course and examination of competency are required.
