Rope off and a small area to be the "mine field." Use objects such as cones, balls, jump ropes and plastic cups to represent the mines. Assign colleagues to teams of two. One player will be blindfolded and be guided through the "mine field" to safety by the other player who will give verbal directions. Teammates must trust and rely on one another in order to make it safely out of the "mine field."
Place colleagues in groups of four to five and assign them the task of designing and building an egg package that would keep an egg from breaking if it were to fall from an eight-foot drop. Ask each team to create a 30-second advertisement for its new egg packaging. This activity requires creativity and cooperation among the teammates and allows colleagues to showcase individual talents.
Place colleagues into two groups that stand opposite one another. Ask each person to extend his arms and index fingers. Lay a thin, lightweight rod over the extended fingers and ask the players to lower the stick to the ground. Grabbing or pinching the stick is not allowed, and the stick must be laying horizontally on the index fingers at all times.
