Online Immigration Training for a Paralegal

Immigration paralegals work with people who are immigrating to the United States. In addition to the usual paralegal tasks of preparing forms, gathering documents and helping research court cases, they need to know how to communicate. The immigration process is a lengthy one and knowing how to calm anxious clients is a valuable skill. Knowing a second language is also helpful, but not mandatory, since interpreters are often used.
