North Carolina State University offers an online immigration law course that explores the immigration and naturalization process in the U.S. along with the different laws that apply. Students spend about eight hours per week reading and writing assignments. Two tests are given. Prerequisites include successful completion of Paralegal I and II, or equivalent experience.
