Dr. Karohs has developed a handwriting analysis program kit that enables students to learn how to analyze handwriting from the comfort of their own home, through a series of books, worksheets, study material and online support. Depending on the specific kit you choose to purchase, the course may cost between $120 and $1,997 as of March 2011. After a testing series that is taken online, a certificate is issued in Handwriting Analysis certification.
The Meta Studies Institute offers an analysis course in the form of a textbook that can be purchased online for $140, as of March 2011. This handwriting analysis course consists of 10 pdf files that focus on the various detailed aspects of handwriting and the hidden meaning between the visuals that we take for granted. The last pdf file includes a final exam that can be uploaded and sent to the Meta Studies Institute upon completion. A successful exam will result in certification, which will be e-mailed back to the student in the form of an attached pdf file.
Handwriting Insights provides a free course that hones in on the slant, baseline and size aspect of handwriting to determine the writer's character. The course consists of a deck of 64 flashcards that teach the student how to read personalities according to handwriting styles by giving examples of certain tendencies on each card. Handwriting Insights does not provide a certificate for course completion, but is an ideal course for the individual who wants to learn the basics of handwriting analysis as a hobby.
The Handwriting University's "Handwriting Analysis 101" course consists of a packet of two DVD seminar videos, a textbook, a deck of flash cards, an audio CD of the course's book and three bonus CD's for additional learning following certification. The course is $99.97 as of March 2011, and can be ordered online. The material will come in a box-kit form and mailed directly to your home. Upon completion of the entire course and successfully passing a final test, Handwriting University International will issue a certificate of course completion.
