Macquarie Law School has been at the forefront of conveyancing education since the first course was offered in 1994. Based in Sydney, Australia, the "Conveyancing: Law and Practice" course provides a thorough and complete grounding in the practice of conveyancing through a rigorous examination of relevant legal as well as practical skills. The course is divided into eight units that are generally completed over the course of a two-year period, though the actual time varies for individual students. For each unit for which a student signs up, it is recommended that the student spend six to eight hours per week studying.
