Teach a class. It is known that teaching is the best way to fully learn about a topic. You often learn more from your students than you can studying on your own.
Find a mentor. Ask someone you admire who is knowledgeable in a field you are interested in to mentor you. Ask if you can meet once a month to discuss what you are learning and to learn more from them.
