How Tau gamma phi handshakes?

The traditional Tau Gamma Phi handshake involves the following steps:

1. Initial Grip: The two individuals extend their right hands and firmly grasp each other's hands, forming an initial grip.

2. Shifting Grip: The top hand (the hand of the person initiating the handshake) shifts its position to the side and slightly upwards, forming an "L" shape.

3. Finger Movement: The fingers of the top hand make a slight movement, bending slightly inward and then straightening.

4. Final Grip: The top hand concludes the handshake by moving back to the initial grip position, firmly shaking hands once again.

During this process, eye contact is maintained, and the handshake is meant to convey a sense of brotherhood, unity, and mutual respect among Tau Gamma Phi members.
