What is a person called who takes care of dorm and its students?

A resident advisor (RA) is a person who lives in a dorm and is responsible for taking care of the dorm and its students. RAs are usually upperclassmen who have experience living in dorms and are familiar with the needs of college students. They are responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

* Providing support and guidance to students

* Helping to create a safe and positive environment in the dorm

* Enforcing dorm rules and regulations

* Responding to student complaints and concerns

* Organizing social and educational programs for students

RAs play an important role in the lives of college students. They can be a valuable resource for students who are struggling with academic, personal, or social problems. They can also help to create a sense of community in the dorm and make students feel more at home.
