Learn your default password. The default password consists of 10 characters. The first character is the first letter of your middle name. The second set of letters is the first three letters of your birth month. Then, type the last two digits of your birth year. The final four characters are the last four digits of your social security number.
Change your password after the initial log in. The password must be eight characters containing at least three letters and one number, and may not contain your user name. You will also be asked to answer two of the four identifying questions to help you retrieve your password if you ever forget it.
Click the "Forgot Password" link and follow the on-screen prompts if you forget your password. You can also call the Kent University Help Desk at (330) 672-4357. They will assist you in finding or resetting your password.
Call the Help Desk if you have not logged in for 120 days, as your account has been deactivated for security purposes.
