Go to class. If you want to pass physics without studying, you must attend every class and laboratory session. There is no way that you can pass physics without going to class and without studying. Being in class will expose you to the material that you need to know, and it will help you remember the important points for exams and quizzes.
Pay attention to your professor during class. Since you are not planning to study outside of class, you will want to pay attention in class so you will know what material you are expected to understand. Try to stay focused on what your professor is teaching you and don't let your mind wander (even if you are not interested in the course material).
Be a great note taker. Taking notes is a great way to learn material and prepare for exams without extra studying. Every time that you take notes, you are helping yourself learn and remember material. Take notes on formulas and equations and how to use them. Record physical laws and anything else that your professor deems important. You'll probably see it on an exam.
Ask your professor questions about the material presented. This is a good way to make sure that you understand all of the material during class without having to spend external time trying to study and learn the material on your own.
Do your homework assignments. Since homework will likely make up a decent portion of your grade, you are going to want to do your homework. Do the best job you can and you will be on your way to passing physics without actually having to study.
Read your textbook. Reading is not technically studying, so you may want to consider doing some physics reading. If you don't want to read, even a light skim of the text can be helpful.
