What did Samuel Adams do in Harvard University?

Samuel Adams didn't actually attend Harvard University in the way most students do today. He graduated from Harvard College (the undergraduate institution that is now part of Harvard University) in 1740 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He studied the classics and theology. While there, he wasn't known for outstanding academic achievement, but rather for his involvement in student life and his developing interest in politics.
