• The University College London is based in the Bloomsbury district of the English capital. In 2009, University College London was ranked the number four best university in the world by the QS World University Rankings, just behind Harvard, Yale and Cambridge. • The Royal College of Art has the distinction of being the world's only art school that only offers postgraduate degrees in art and design subjects (MA, Mphil and PhD.)
