This PhD program provides an opportunity to receive education that, according to its website, is strong in, "technology, production, rhetorical theory, rhetorical analysis, rhetoric of science, visual rhetoric, gender studies, and research methods-strengths intersecting with studies in composition, technical communication, and rhetoric." Students will be able to tailor the program to their own schedule and interests and will include requirements to conduct online research.
