Students at North Carolina State University (NCSU) will find a large selection of doctoral majors, including aerospace engineering, plant biology, sociology, microbiology, toxicology, textile technology management, forestry, economics, electrical engineering, genetics, horticultural sciences and biomathematics. Doctoral programs begin with classroom learning, then move on to a written and oral examination.
