A CRO is a Cathode-Ray Oscilloscope, a device used in laboratories to measure voltage signals over a range of frequencies. Calibration for the unit ensures that the readings provided are accurate when measured against a universal standard. This helps to prove that your experiments are conducted in full accord with the scientific method. Calibrate your CRO before every use.
