What is an Honorable PhD?

There's no such thing as an "Honorable PhD." A PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) is a doctoral degree awarded after rigorous academic research and the successful defense of a dissertation. The awarding institution might mention "with distinction" or "with honors" in the degree certificate, but this is relatively rare and based on the quality of the dissertation and overall academic performance. It doesn't change the fundamental nature of the PhD itself; it just signifies a higher level of achievement *within* the PhD program. There's no separate "Honorable PhD" degree.
