Microsoft certification provides proof of knowledge and experience in using Microsoft products that are extremely relevant in the marketplace. Also, being a Microsoft Certified Professional allows for access to many important resources and benefits such as global networking with other IT professionals.
Most candidates for this type of advanced training have at least one year of experience in all aspects of network systems administration. Implementation responsibilities include troubleshooting alongside the actual installation and configuration of network systems.
Each specialization has specific coursework, such as certification on Windows Server 2003, and includes successfully passing seven exams. Specifically, four exams on networking systems and one exam on design, client operating systems and an elective.
