Flight Engineer Colleges

Before pilots assume the controls of an airplane, they often serve as flight-control engineers, who monitor and maintain the electronics systems of aircraft. Education-portal.com notes that flight-engineering schools typically incorporate courses in flight-control systems and avionics into their bachelor's, master's and doctoral engineering programs. Several schools offer these degrees with concentrations in avionics or similar areas.
