How to Cite an Emergency Response Guidebook

An emergency response guidebook is a document issued by a safety or health organization. The guidebook is issued in the form of a pamphlet, brochure or press release. The guidebook provides instructions on preparing for and responding to emergencies arising from illness, injury, fire, severe weather, natural disaster or other crisis.
