What *does* exist are:
* BS/MD Programs: These programs guarantee admission to a medical school (MD) after successful completion of an undergraduate program at a partnering institution. The undergraduate portion is usually at a specific university, and then you're guaranteed a spot at a *different* affiliated medical school. Examples include Brown University's Program in Liberal Medical Education (PLME), Northwestern's combined programs, and many others. Each program has its own specific requirements and affiliated medical schools.
* BS/DO Programs: Similar to BS/MD, some universities have partnerships with osteopathic medical schools (DO). These programs are less common than BS/MD programs. You would need to research specific universities and osteopathic medical schools to find these pairings.
In short: You'll apply separately to the undergraduate institution and then, after completing the undergraduate degree, apply separately to the medical school (MD or DO). The "combined" programs simply guarantee admission to the medical school *if* you meet the program's requirements during the undergraduate years. There isn't a single institution granting both degrees simultaneously.
