Founded in 1875, Park University offers accelerated online degrees through their School of Online Learning. With 315 courses to choose from, students can earn a certificate, associate's or bachelor's degree in one of seven different areas. Specific degrees include Associates of Criminal Justice or Management, Bachelors of Arts in Psychology or Sociology and Bachelors of Science in Social Psychology or Early Childhood Education and Leadership. Additionally, degree options are available in management and other concentrations. Accelerated online terms are eight weeks long, and begin five times a year. Program start dates are in January, March, June, August and October. The Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools accredits Park University.

Connecticut's Post University offers students an online accelerated degree program that features both undergraduate and graduate degrees. Students may choose from undergraduate associates or bachelors level curriculum in areas such as Accounting, Legal Studies, Computer Information Systems and Child Studies. Graduate master's level programs include Human Services, Business and Education. All degrees take place in eight-week-long online schedules, which start six times per year. Undergraduate degrees can be earned in 18 months and graduate degrees in 12 to 24 months depending on the major. Post University is licensed by the State of Connecticut Department of Higher Education, and accredited by The Commission on Institutes of Higher Education of New England Association of Schools and Colleges.

Pace University offers several online accelerated options for professional students with some previous college course credits. Adult professionals can apply to one of the bachelors level programs at Pace such as the Bachelor's in Science of Organizational Communication or Bachelor's of Science in Internet Technologies for e-Commerce. Students must have at least 64 previously earned credits from a post-secondary program before applying to Pace. Additionally, students are expected to have professional employment experience as designated by the specific degree program. Bachelor's degrees can be completed in 24 months.
