Write the list of references in chronological order.
Reuse original endnotes if you are citing the same source more than once. For example, if you have already cited Winfery earlier in the paper, you would write the endnote as: "DeGeneres reported that Conan is a great television host which is supported by Winfery's earlier findings." When mentioning the same source, do not forget to change the page number.
Capitalize the first letter of the first word in proper names and abbreviations. For other titles, such as books and movie titles, capitalize the first letter of every word and every preposition that is three letters or less.
Follow the formatting rules for books. List the author's last, first and middle name, the reference's chapter title, the last, first and middle names of the book's editors, the title of the book, the book's volume number and edition, the place of book's publication, the publisher, the year of copyright and the pages cited, respectively. In between each piece of information use a semicolon.
