Applicants must have completed a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA. No MCAT is required.
McMaster University
Applicants must have completed three full undergraduate years with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and a minimum score of 6 on the verbal reasoning portion of the MCAT.
Queen's University

University of Ottawa
Applicants must have completed three full undergraduate years with at least one course in each of biology and humanities/social sciences and at least two courses in chemistry, biochemistry and organic chemistry. There is no MCAT requirement and GPA requirements vary depending on students' demographic factors. Students must also have Level C CPR certification.
University of Toronto
Students must have completed three full undergraduate years with at least two courses in Life Sciences. Students must score a minimum of 9 on each section of the MCAT and have Standard First Aid and Level C CPR certification. Minimum GPA's vary yearly depending on the applicant pool.
University of Western Ontario

Applicants from Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and P.E.I must have a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.3 and get a minimum Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) score of 24. Students from all other regions must have a minimum GPA of 3.7 and a minimum MCAT score of 30.

Students at the Universities of Saskatchewan and Regina can waive the MCAT by getting two credits in each of Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physics, English and Humanities/Social Sciences. Applicants from other universities must write the MCAT and get a minimum score of 26 with a score of N in the writing section. Saskatchewan residents must have an average of 78% and non-residents 80%.
