Ontario law schools all require at least three years of completed full-time undergraduate study. Most of the schools prefer a completed undergraduate degree. The best two years of undergraduate study are considered, with a minimum requirement of "A-" grades.
All students must complete the LSAT. Ontario law schools do not set a minimum; however, a 160 or higher offers an applicant the best chance of admission.
All Ontario law schools require a personal statement. Additionally, they all require two referee forms. One of these forms must be from an academic setting.
The schools have some individualized requirements that are not constant throughout Ontario. Examples of this are aboriginal status, resumes for applicants of a certain age and a TOEFL score. Refer to an individual law school's website for more information.
