While exceedingly rare, it's theoretically possible for a college to not accept a GED. Most colleges accept GEDs as equivalent to a high school diploma for admissions purposes. However, a college *might* have very specific admission requirements that don't include the GED, especially if they have exceptionally high selectivity or extremely niche programs. This wouldn't be widely advertised, though.
Instead of focusing on colleges that *don't* accept GEDs (which are practically nonexistent), it's far more productive to research the admissions requirements of specific colleges you're interested in. Their websites will clearly state their acceptable credentials. If you're concerned, contact the admissions office directly.
