    • One of the best art schools in the city is the University of Arts--London. From painting to graphic arts, every type of art is acknowledge at the University of Arts. Central St. Martin's College of Art's fashion programs are the best of the country. Students are accepted based on a portfolio submission and therefore must have experience before hand. This can be from another school, internship or personal experience. Generally students take courses in another program or at another school and then apply for the program.
