The course provides students with a combination of lecture coursework in image diagnostics and clinical experience.     Prince George's Community College

    • Prince George's Community College of Largo, Maryland, offers an Associate of Applied Science degree with a concentration in nuclear medicine technology. Students are instructed in the use of specialized equipment such as scintillation detectors, gamma cameras and other imaging technology. Core coursework surveys clinical nuclear medicine technology, radiopharmacy and radiation chemistry and nuclear medical terminology.
