Industrial Safety Degrees

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics estimates that the demand for occupational health and industrial safety technicians will increase by more than 14 percent from 2008 through 2018. Many employers prefer to hire technicians who have post-secondary education in the field. A small number of colleges in the United States offer programs in industrial safety and grant associate, bachelor's and master's degrees.
