B Tech Colleges

The Bachelor of Technology degree is often abbreviated as B. Tech. and is a type of degree option that prepares students for a variety of positions in computer technology and engineering. This degree is offered at several colleges around the world in a number of specializations. Although this is the case, some colleges offer a general B. Tech. degree program without the option to specialize.
  1. Sunder Deep Group of Institutions

    • Sunder Deep Group of Institutions is in Ghaziabad, India, and offers a Bachelor of Technology degree program that is designed to be completed in four years of study. Within this broad degree option, students can choose to focus their major on one of five choices. These majors include Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

    Mohawk College

    • Mohawk College is in Hamilton, Ontario, in Canada and offers students a choice between enrolling in the two-year program or the four-year program. Students can complete the courses on a full-time or a part-time basis, and classes are offered in the evenings and on Saturdays. This program offers four specialization options that include civil engineering infrastructure technology, computing and information technology, energy engineering technologies and manufacturing engineering technology. Students who are already working in the field can opt to complete a certificate or diploma in technology. The four-year degree program offers process automotive and vehicle technology, biotechnology and process automation.

    New York City College of Technology

    • The Department of Advertising Design and Graphic Arts at the New York City College of Technology is in Brooklyn, New York, and offers a Bachelor of Technology degree program in communication design and a Bachelor of Technology degree program in graphic arts production management. Within the communication design option, students can further specialize in one of three options. The specialization options include advertising design, Web design or graphic design. Some of the elective courses that are offered include desktop publication design, speech, photography, advertisement production management and digital video.

    Lake Washington Technical College

    • Lake Washington Technical College's main campus is in Kirkland, Washington, with two other campuses in Redmond and Duvall. Their Bachelor of Technology in Applied Design degree is designed for those who already have an applied associate's degree in a field that is related to design.
