The College of Saint Mary Magdalen was founded in 1973 and is located in Warner, New Hampshire. It is accredited nationally by the American Academy for Liberal Education, but as of early 2011 the college was not yet accredited regionally by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. The college offers an integrated liberal arts curriculum based on Western literature and artistic works, and it confers associate and bachelor's degrees in liberal arts.

From its Goffstown, New Hampshire, campus overlooking Manchester, the college offered 32 majors and 22 minors in the 2010-2011 academic year. Saint Anselm also offers pre-professional programs in engineering, dentistry, law, medicine, and theology. The college is the home of New Hampshire Institute of Politics and regularly attracts high-profile speakers, including former and current presidents, and presidential candidates.
Thomas More College was founded in 1978 and is located just 45 minutes from Boston in Merrimack, New Hampshire. For one semester, all students at the college are given the opportunity to study with the Maronite Catholic monks in the Saint Anthony Monastery in Rome, Italy. The college confers bachelor's degrees in liberal arts, with curriculum focusing on history, politics, literature, philosophy, and theology.
