Le Cordon Bleu is an intensive, hands-on college offering 32-week degrees in food-industry-related fields. Degrees include an Associate of Occupational Studies in culinary arts, as well as degrees in the fields of baking, pastry, hospitality, and restaurant management. The campus is comprised of seven kitchens, six classrooms and the students run a 3-star award-winning restaurant that serves as a training ground for culinary students. The school also offers a 15-month program that results in a Bachelor of Culinary Arts degree.
